After successfully rocking the crowd at the MTV Road to Mama Event in Jozi, Mbekezeli Ndlovu, best known as Gameboy, is upset and sad after US rapper, The Game allegedly failed to keep his promise of taking him to the states for performances and possible song collaboration.

10 year old Ndlovu became talk of the town when he impressed everyone with his rhyming skills during The Game's performance at the Standard Bank Arena in JHB late last year. In appreciation of Ndlovu talent and showmanship, The Game handed his large diamond-encrusted chain apparently worth R2.5-million to the young mind as well as giving him the name, Gameboy.

After the successful night, it was reported that The Game contacted Ndlovu's parents and asked if Gameboy would go to America and perform with the famous rapper during the 2008 festive season.

However, things didn't go as planned... The young kid's dream of performing and collaborating with The Game has taken a back seat. And by the look of things, Gameboy is not sure if The Game will still make that phone call at all anymore.

According to Ndlovu's father, The Game hasn't called. He is adamant though that the US rapper will contact them soon. "It is still quiet but it is promising," he said. Even though Gameboy is still only 10 years old, should The Game contact them, the father said he will allow the boy to go record with the artist but not officially move to US as he is still too young.

With such a talent, let's hope that The Game will make further contact with Ndlovu's family and take the gifted boy to the US as it is said he promised to do.

If the chain is worth a $2.5 and that about R25 million , the family and the boy shouldn't stress about recording in the US but should take that money and improve their lives and start recording now.The Game will find them along the way.
