Street Pop Industry Sessions on fire!

The past 3 Street Pop Industry sessions had an astonishing turnout which attracted over 1000 youth per session, overwhelming media coverage and great performances from various artists who came and blessed the attendees.

The 4th series of the Street Pop Industry Sessions celebrates the heritage month with the popular culture that the youth of Gauteng identify themselves with, music they love and listen to and the trends they set for the rest of the country. The session will set to embrace all hip hop elements from emcees, dj’s, break dancing, fashion and graffiti.

The event will also feature extreme sports (skaters & bikers) and an out door screening. The session will take place at Khaya Centre in Dube Village Soweto on the 30th September 2007. Entrance Free

The event will offer a wide spectrum of different artists who each bring their distinct quality flavor of music, fashion, graffiti and film screenings to the market and all participants represents different areas of Gauteng namely Johannesburg, Soweto, Tshwane, Erkurhuleni and Vaal with the aim to bring together the leaders of the new school by their own rights who are house hold names around the communities they reside from.
